The GO 12 area is underlain by sedimentary and minor volcanic rocks of the Upper Triassic Stuhini Group intruded by the Limpoke pluton (Texas Creek Plutonic Suite). The stock has two-phases, a biotite hornblende quartz monzonite outer phase and medium-grained hornblende monozodiorite inner phase. Leucocratic potassium feldspar megacrystic syenite dikes intrude the eastern and western borders of the pluton and surrounding Stuhini rocks.

The GO 12 showing consists of a mineralized gossan approximately 5 by 0.5 metres hosting malachite, chalcopyrite, and trace arsenopyrite and pyrite. The host rock is a magcrystic syenite. Sample R14955 assayed 1.47 grams per tonne gold, 19. 6 grams per tonne silver and 1.0 per cent copper (Sample R14955, Assessment Report 21998).
